  <li>Counting Us can recognize if a user has an Internet connection; in case of offline access, survey data is stored on the device for later submission.</li>

  <li>Seamless integration with the Point in Time Regional Command Center facilitates count administrators in supervising the entire census process, ensuring comprehensive coverage and precise data collection.</li>
